FAQ
QUESTION: How much does it cost?
ANSWER: The average fee is $75.00, however it is impossible to quote without seeing the damage. The price will go up from this fee depending on the amount of damage and the access to the damaged area. This is much less expensive than auto/body repairs.

QUESTION: How much time does a normal Paintless Dent Removal take?
ANSWER: In some cases we can complete the job within 1 hour, however we usually ask customers to leave the car with us two to four hours. If you prefer to wait, we do have an air conditioned waiting room for your convenience.

QUESTION: Do I have to come to your shop, or will you come to me?
ANSWER: We give free estimates at our shop and we do offer mobile service for our commercial accounts.

QUESTION: Can't I do this myself?
ANSWER: It is not recommended that you do this yourself. This skill takes a long time to learn and requires professional training. You can try, but we don't recommend it. In most cases when the customer has worked on the car previously it raises the cost.

QUESTION: Do you suck out the dents?
ANSWER: This is a common assumption. We actually "sculpt" or "massage" the dents out from the inside out.

QUESTION: Do you do commercial work, or only for private owners?
ANSWER: We will help everyone. Many private owners come see us, and we also have many commercial accounts (i.e., auto dealerships, car rental companies) that use our services.

QUESTION: Do yo do insurance work?
ANSWER: We work with any and all insurance companies, and would like to provide you with some information regarding insurance claims. You should know that although some insurance companies may ask you to visit one of their "drive in claims centers" before having your car repaired, you may choose to do this, or you may choose to leave your car with us and request that the insurance company inspect the car at our shop. You also should know that you are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal and that you have the right to have your care repaired by the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to have a repair done at any particular shop.
